Tip # 2 - Is your application complete?

One of the top reasons that a business grant application is either turned down or disqualified is because the grant application is incomplete. So when you are ready to submit your application, set it aside for a day and then go back and look at it again. Double check all the requirements (did you include all documents you needed to?) and check that you filled in the application completely. It is very true that sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees, so do double check and make sure that everything is as complete as required for the application. You don't want your application disqualified because you forgot to include something minor in the overall application.
